Our mission
To give every home and business in Bangladesh a connection that performs identically at 9 PM and 9 AM — backed by engineers who answer the phone.
One of Bangladesh's largest data & internet service providers
Icon Infotech Ltd. (IIL) started in 2007 with a handful of corporate clients in Dilkusha. Today we are a BTRC-licensed nationwide provider carrying internet, private data, voice and cloud workloads for more than fifteen thousand homes and businesses across all 64 districts.

In 2007, the standard experience in Dhaka was a connection that advertised one speed and delivered a fraction of it after sunset. Bandwidth was resold two or three times over, and when it failed, nobody would own the problem.
ICON was founded on a stubborn premise: if you build the fiber yourself, run your own NOC, and buy upstream capacity from more than one IIG, then you can actually promise a speed and keep it. That is more expensive to do. It is also the only version worth selling.
Eighteen years on, the same principle runs through everything we have added — private data circuits between branch offices, the iTALK voice platform, locally hosted cloud and co-location, and the software team that ties it together. One provider, accountable end to end.
To give every home and business in Bangladesh a connection that performs identically at 9 PM and 9 AM — backed by engineers who answer the phone.
To be the infrastructure layer the country's digital economy is built on: connectivity, voice, cloud and software from a single accountable provider.
Transparent tariffs approved by the BTRC, no hidden fair-usage clauses, and no contract that punishes a customer for leaving.
Icon Infotech begins operations in Dhaka as an internet service provider serving corporate clients in the Motijheel commercial district.
BTRC licensing expands our authorised footprint, and we begin laying our own fiber rather than reselling capacity.
Launch of server co-location and hosting services, giving Bangladeshi businesses a local alternative to overseas hosting.
Our IP telephony platform goes live with short-code, toll-free and SIP trunk services for enterprises and call centres.
Residential FTTH rollout accelerates through the pandemic as the country moves to remote work and online classrooms.
A unified portfolio of connectivity, cloud, voice and software puts ICON at the centre of our clients' digital infrastructure.
We publish honest speeds and honest timelines. If a package cannot do something, we tell you before you sign, not after.
We build and operate our own fiber, NOC and voice platform, because you cannot be accountable for infrastructure you rent.
A real engineer picks up at 3 AM. Support is a staffed department here, not a ticket queue that reopens on Sunday.
Many customers arrived as a single broadband line and now run their voice, cloud and branch network with us.
Most providers resell someone else's bandwidth. We lay the fiber, run the NOC and answer the phone — which is why our peak-hour speeds hold up.
End-to-end optical fiber — no copper in the last mile, so your speed holds up at 9 PM just like it does at noon.
Our engineers watch the network around the clock from Dhaka. Real humans answer the hotline, every hour of every day.
Direct BDIX peering plus local Google, Facebook and CDN caches put national content milliseconds away.
Multiple IIG providers and diverse fiber routes mean a single cut never takes you offline.
No FUP, no throttling, no hidden data ceiling. Use the line as hard as you like.
A BTRC-licensed nationwide ISP operating on approved tariffs with fully documented service terms.
Start with a single connection. Most of our largest accounts began exactly that way.
